Our accountant Danielle started working at the Chesterfield Care Center’s front desk in 1989 and got to do the honors of beginning the demolition of the old Care Center! The building has served us well, but our beautiful, new structure (which serves residents’ Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation needs) is open and we’re absolutely thrilled to have it as an addition to our campus! We’re so excited the Moderna COVID vaccine is here and Skilled Nursing Residents, Skilled Nursing staff and other staff members of Friendship Village Chesterfield were able to get the first of the two doses Tuesday! We anticipate those getting the vaccine will get a second dose in 28 days. All those getting the vaccine have volunteered and no one is required to get vaccinated. We are hopeful that residents in Assisted Living and Independent Living will be slated to receive their first dose of the vaccine in mid-January, but there […]
