Over forty Friendship Village volunteers were among hundreds volunteering Thursday, September 11th at Chaifetz Arena on the St. Louis University campus. The day has been designated a National Day of Service and FV pitched in with the 9/11 Day nonprofit organization to be part of the effort to pack over 9 million meals for individuals and families facing food insecurity.

FV came away with multiple wins and favorites in the Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Rehabilitation categories in this year’s Headliner Awards! The St. Louis Post-Dispatch holds the awards each year and the winners are chosen by voters in the community. Thanks very much to everyone who helped make FV so successful!

The votes are in and Friendship Village won ALL THREE designations for this year’s A-List Readers’ Choice awards! The wins (for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Home Health Care) were in the Health and Wellness category and FV couldn’t be prouder to receive the recognition!
