Question: When you were a child, what was your favorite thing to do? Answer: “Play in the water. As a really young girl, I loved staying in the bathtub, splashing around and all that. Also, we lived on the Rock River in Illinois and I loved being in the river! Friendship Village had two Security Officers recognized for their achievements at the 31st Annual Law Enforcement and Private Security Luncheon this week at the Moolah Shrine Center in St. Louis!. The winners were Brandon Soehngen and Robert Horner. Teanna Gillispie was an honorable mention. Congratulations to everyone! You are just a few members doing great work on FV’s security teams!

Question: You say you used to show dogs. What drew you to do that? Answer: “It was a lifestyle, definitely, like owning a boat or something like that. I used to travel a lot, mostly from here to Boston. I bread Weimaraners, delivered puppies, raised them and then showed them for ten years. I just enjoyed the breed. Welcome to the Friendship Villages’ September 28, 2021 COVID-19 update. We have been very blessed during recent months at Friendship Village with regard to COVID-19. Since January 2021, when virtually all of our residents completed their vaccination process, only a handful across both Villages have contracted COVID-19. Each of these residents had been fully vaccinated. All contracted the virus from friends, family or attending events off campus. All have recovered.
