“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” - Psalm 46:1
Some of the chief attributes of God include the fact that He is eternal and that He is everywhere. That means that no matter where we are or what situation we find ourselves in, the Lord is right here with us. And if He is with us, we can run to Him and find safety. He promises to be our refuge and our source of strength in our time of need. The good news is that His strength is greater than any hardship or obstacle, no matter how intense or intimidating that difficulty may seem. He either makes a way out, a way through, or holds us close until the storm is over. Let’s turn toward Him today and receive His peace!
