Happy Autumn! It’s time for apple picking and homemade apple pie fresh from the oven.
In all the times I have gone apple picking, I have not yet heard the trees complaining about how hard their job is. I certainly have not seen their branches wrestling in the air striving to produce fruit. No. The apples grow from being part of the tree. Growing in faith is similar. The fruit of the spirit is a by-product of our relationship with Christ.
Here’s the best part. The older the tree is, the sweeter the fruit!
