I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” - Psalm 91:2
When life feels overwhelming, when the circumstances around us are greater than our resources or strength, there is still hope. The Lord promises to be our place of safety and shelter. He doesn’t just give us a place of refuge, He becomes it. As we practice His presence, as we reach out to Him in faith and in prayer, as we call on His name and choose to honor Him with our lives, He becomes in us the peace, the security, and the wisdom we need. Let’s trust in Him with all our hearts. He is the faithful God.
