“Consider Him...” - Hebrews 12:3a
Life this side of Heaven can be challenging. Burdens often weigh so heavily on us that we can become weary of the journey. Our courage can wane and, we might lose heart. God’s word encourages us to do something when we are going through such seasons. We are to consider Jesus in how He endured opposition and pressed through shame. Even on the cross, Jesus was strengthened as He focused on the joy set before Him. This same joy is available to strengthen us as we…consider Him.
