Reflection

There is a connection between what we allow to fill our hearts and minds and the level of peace that we carry on a daily basis. While it is important to be informed about various concerns, unduly dwelling on them is another matter altogether. We have the choice to practice the peace of God. Take time to instead focus on all that is good and right. Trust in the love and care of our Savior. His peace will sustain you!
