A crowd gathered to Jesus and they were hungry, spiritually and physically. The disciples were to give the people bread so they did not faint, but the only food available was a child’s lunch. Jesus took the bread, gave thanks, and multiplied it. Every person had plenty to eat with leftovers! It was not the size of the lunch that met the many needs. It was what happened when the child entrusted it to the Lord. What can you place in the Lord’s hands today? He will accept it with thanksgiving and use it to help many.
