Rain doesn’t discriminate. It doesn’t pick some people to land on while avoiding others. No matter who we are, if we walk outside on a rainy day, we are bound to get wet. The Lord tells us that the Father’s love is just like that. He offers it equally and bountifully to every single one of us. He doesn’t just love those who love Him, He loves even those who are opposed to Him. His hope is that we will see Him for who He is and respond to Him with a surrendered heart. He will never give up on anyone, no matter what. May we experience His love anew today and choose to love Him in return!
