“Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever.” - 1 Chronicles 16:34
During the time of King David, they celebrated and gave thanks as the Ark of the Covenant was brought in to reside in the city. They were overcome with gratitude that the presence of God had come to literally dwell with them and were so thankful for His enduring love. We may face our own obstacles in life, but the presence of the Lord makes all the difference. Have we given Him the place of honor and made room for Him to dwell among us? May we ever respond to Him with deep appreciation and give thanks for His unfailing love that never leaves our side!
