The attack on Pearl Harbor took place 80 years ago today. Until then, the U.S. had done its best to avoid an active role in WWII. Suddenly, all that changed, and it was time to get involved with all our soul and strength. As we serve the Lord and those around us, we are called to do so, not half-heartedly, but to the very best of our ability. This is how the Lord ministers to us, and He equips us to do the same for others. Let’s work to remain watchful and diligent, and let us rise to serve in the power of God’s love every day that we live.
