Wade joined the Friendship Village family in 2025, bringing more than three decades of leadership and operational experience in the senior living industry. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to advancing excellence in senior care through strategic leadership, operational oversight, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for older adults.
Wade began his career with Bethesda Health Group, where he served in a variety of clinical and leadership positions of increasing responsibility. His tenure included leadership of Independent Living operations, culminating in his final seven years with the organization as an Administrator. He subsequently served as Executive Director with EverTrue (Lutheran Senior Services), providing executive leadership for senior living while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and resident-centered service.
Wade holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lindenwood University. His extensive experience across the continuum of senior living has equipped him with an understanding of community operations, team development, and exceptional resident care. He is committed to cultivating environments that support residents, families, and team members while upholding the highest standards of service and operational excellence.
Outside of work, Wade values spending quality time with his wife, Michele, and their two grown children, Claire and Adam. Family has always been an important part of his life, and he enjoys gathering together whenever possible. He also enjoys spending time on the family farm, where he appreciates the opportunity to unwind, stay connected to his roots, and enjoy the outdoors.
