Since 2016, Friendship Village has been fortunate to rely on the leadership ability and extensive industry knowledge of Stacey Zerban-Roth. For more than 25 years, she has dedicated her career to improving the lives of seniors. Throughout her career, she has continuously advanced excellence and introduced new initiatives across every frontier of the senior living landscape.
Stacey has wanted to work with seniors for as long as she can remember, and after earning a B.S. from Missouri State University, she immediately began putting that plan to action. Motivated from the beginning, her career quickly progressed and she grew into a Nursing Home Administrator role, where she really found a love for touching lives and improving the resident experience. Through her decorated career, she has worked in a variety of areas from hospice care to operations.
Ultimately, Stacey came to Friendship Village as a Nursing Home Administrator where she served for seven years, a time of service that culminated in a promotion to Vice President of Health Services. The increased reach has allowed her to achieve much success at Friendship Village, including the successful launch of FV Hospice in 2024. In her current role, Stacey serves as the Chief Health Services Officer.
Away from the office, Stacey enjoys spending time with her husband Chris and their family that includes four kids; Aly, Nicole, Erin, and Zach. Nicole and Erin have followed Stacey’s footsteps working at Friendship Village as well. Both started with our Food & Beverage department before Nicole found her way to marketing, while Erin has blossomed with our Community Life Services team!
