We’re excited to announce that Christy Hood has been selected as the Chief Financial Officer at Friendship Village! Christy is new to the senior living industry and joins us from Boeing, where she served in various finance and accounting Executive Director and leadership positions for over a decade. Prior to Boeing, Christy was the Director of Financial Reporting for a mid-sized public company in St. Louis where she was responsible for leading the company’s financial policy and reporting activities. Prior to this role, she was a Manager in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and spent time in both St. Louis and London. Christy holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a master’s degree in accounting from St. Louis University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She resides in St. Louis, MO with her husband, two boys, and two cats. Please join us in welcoming Christy to the Friendship Village team.
