Friendship Village Cements Its Future in St. Louis

Friendship Village staff, residents, and board members gathered on September 27 to leave a permanent mark on the current building expansion of the Chesterfield location. The 36-acre senior living campus located at 15201 Olive Blvd, Chesterfield, MO is undergoing construction to add dynamic new spaces and amenities for existing and new residents. The construction is scheduled to be complete in Fall 2020.
As a way to commemorate the improvements to its campus, Friendship Village Chesterfield invited staff, residents and family members to share in the success and future of the community by signing their names on a steel beam that will be used in the construction.
“We’re thrilled to be able to expand our Chesterfield campus so that we can continue to provide carefree living for St. Louis area seniors,” says Michael Hambley, Friendship Village Executive Director.
The Chesterfield expansion will include a four-building with 52 spacious apartments and underground parking, 45 updated assisted living apartments, 15 memory care
apartments and a state-of-the-art skilled nursing and rehabilitation building with 90 beds.
