“Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God.” - Romans 15:7
In his letter to the Roman church, the Apostle Paul had to address groups that tended to look at one another with suspicion. One group worshipped Jesus according to a great standard of historical religious traditions. The other group bypassed all those traditions and simply had faith in Christ. Paul’s point was that we should not to let the differences between the groups get in the way of what is truly important. What matters is compassion, kindness, care, and honoring God by loving people. With His help, we all have something to offer. True love changes the world!
