At first glance, our Scripture for today appears to come from someone who was probably having a great day. All was right, bright, happy, and problem free. But that was not the case. Most of Psalm 86 is from King David as he poured out his soul in distress. In the context of difficulty, David turned his attention to God. The Lord’s character was not altered by the day of trouble. God remained ready to help and willing to forgive, for His love is eternal and unfailing. God is good… all the time. May your heart be comforted today as you bring your cares to The One Who Cares for You.
