Where do you go for safety and support? Perhaps a spouse, a loved one, or close friend? Perhaps to a park setting or a peaceful spot where you can clear your heart and your mind. When we are in trouble, or hurting, or confused, or when we just need to catch our breath, the Lord promises to our refuge. In Him we find strength and security. There is rest, assurance, and hope all found in Him. We run to Him via prayer and through an open heart that is looking to yield to His authority and oversight. As we submit ourselves to the Lord, we find peace for today…and hope for the future.
