God was leading the Israelites into their Promised Land, but it was full of obstacles, enemies, and significant challenges. Joshua had been appointed by God to lead, but the task seemed overwhelming. The Lord, however, reminded Joshua not to depend on simply his own ability and strength, but to instead trust in the One who would be with him at all times. It is God who pours out courage and confidence when we need it most. His presence and power enables us all to face the days ahead with confidence and perseverance, one step at a time. Be encouraged today! The Lord is with you!
