"Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness." - James 3:18
What we plant, nurture, and water…tends to grow. With our words and with our actions we are continually planting seeds. Seeds of anger produce a harvest of bitterness. Seeds of self-centeredness produce a harvest of loneliness and isolation. Kindness, on the other hand, brings encouragement. Generosity begets gratitude. With the power of the tongue, we have the ability to build up or to tear down. God calls us to be people of peace. As we prioritize peace, the world changes. Let’s invite goodness and joy to grow all around us as we work to plant seeds of peace wherever we are.
