Our Lord knows what it is like to endure pain, sorrow, and agony of soul. Like us, He was tempted to quit when the going got rough. Yet, He overcame it because of the joy that was set before Him. His suffering would not be in vain. There was a prize worth fighting for and that prize was you and me. His grip of faith was stronger than the grip of nails. Supernatural joy sustained Him all the way to the end. May this strength be yours today!
