“Remember your Creator in the days of your youth, before the days of trouble come.” - Ecclesiastes 12.1a
We can’t always control the situations in life that come before us, but we can choose how we will respond to them. Our ability to respond well and overcome is often dependent on what we have done to prepare. The Scripture encourages us to “remember” our Creator. This means that we should do all we can to build and develop a relationship with Him. When we face obstacles in our journey, we can then turn to the One we have already come to know and trust. The sooner we do so, the better…but it’s never too late to start fresh!
