But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. - 2 Corinthians 12:9
Rather than become paralyzed by his weakened condition, the Apostle Paul boasted of his weakness and found it to be an opportunity to depend on God’s grace. In the end, he found that same divine grace to be more than enough. We are not called to be perfected in our human strength. We are simply called to dedicate all we are to give Him praise…weaknesses and all.
