How long is the average Senior Stay?
Residents generally stay anywhere from 5-30 days. Duration of the stay is flexible and residents can choose to extend their stay a few days or weeks if needed. In fact, while most Senior Stay residents return to their home, many seniors find they love the luxury and security of Friendship Village so much they decide to permanently join our Independent Living Community.
What are the living accommodations like?
Senior Stay residents enjoy a private, beautifully furnished independent living apartment. It is fully equipped with a 24-hour emergency call system and includes housekeeping services.
How much does it cost?
To provide the greatest flexibility, Senior Stay is priced on a per day basis at $185 per day. This covers rent, all utilities, and a wide range of services, activities, and events. If home health or rehab services are required, there may be additional medical expenses.
