“Though she may forget, I will not forget You!” - Isaiah 49:15
God was telling Israel that just as mom would never forget her own children, how much more He could never forget us. We can rest assured that He remembers! Our own memories might slip, our loved ones might not always recognize us, yet the Lord never loses track of who we are. If we feel lost, He calls us by name and stays close by. If we feel forgotten, He remains lovingly attentive. Others might forget. We might even forget. But not God! He will not forget us. He has etched us in the depths of His heart.
