Years ago, an advertisement for LIFE cereal featured two children who didn’t like the way their breakfast looked and so they refused to even try it. Suddenly, however, they looked over and saw a third child happily munching away. You might remember their surprised exclamation: “Hey Mikey – he likes it!” Sometimes we go through rough experiences and develop a false perception of what God is really like. Yet, the Scripture calls us to trust God for ourselves, to open our hearts to Him and to discover the wonder of His goodness . Are you in need today? You can trust the Lord. Taste and see that He is good. In fact, He’s the best!
