Have you ever been in a place so dark that you couldn’t see your hand in front of your face, let alone the next step in front of you? Life can sometimes feel like that. Our fears, our doubts, and our confusion can be so strong that it might even be hard to believe that a way forward is even possible. Just like how a little lamp can suddenly be enough to light our way, Jesus wants us to know that if we will trust in Him, we can overcome all of those concerns and move in the right direction once again. When we believe in Him, we are trusting God. Those who put their trust in the Lord Jesus are never put to shame. He has come to be our light and to lead us out of the surrounding darkness.
