Nationally, 9/11 has become a day of service as a tribute to the victims, survivors, and everyone affected by the tragedies of that day. With that, over thirty Friendship Village volunteers joined hundreds of others yesterday at the Enterprise Center and around St. Louis to pack several hundred thousand meals which were then donated to the St. Louis Area Foodbank. From there, they will be distributed to those in need in the region. It was a wonderful day, and Friendship Village was proud to be a part of it!
