We currently we have active cases of COVID in our Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation building on the Sunset Hills campus. Please contact the facility for specific information for each floor. We are requiring all visitors to wear a mask in common areas when visiting. If you are visiting anyone who has tested positive for COVID, we ask that you wear the appropriate protective equipment provided outside of their room. If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, we ask that you please do not visit.
