This week, our nation has taken time to remember the military men and women of our country who have paid the ultimate sacrifice. Freedom, as the old saying goes, has never been free. It requires people to stand up and make a difference on behalf of others. Of course, the best example of this is the sacrifice Jesus has made to rescue us all from the power of sin. As we go the extra mile this week to give thanks for those who have sacrificed for us, may we also choose to be ever grateful for the love that Christ has shown us and then give that same love away to those around us.
